MI Criminal Charges – Bioterrorism Charge Dismissed by Macomb Judge in HIV Biting Incident
Last week, a Macomb County Circuit judge tossed out a bioterrorism charge held against an HIV-positive man accused of biting someone in an attempt to spread the deadly virus.
