A Michigan City man is going to trial again after rejecting a prosecutor’s plea bargain offered in a drug distribution case. Although he was convicted in 2009 of fleeing police and criminal recklessness, jurors were unable to determine if he was also guilty of possessing drugs with the intent to sell. The defendant will try again to have his name cleared in a new trial set for October 18th, 2010.
