Former University of Michigan football palyer Boubacar Cissoko was arraigned this past week for criminal charges stemming from multiple robbery incidents on campus involving a taxi driver and food delivery men. Although he was booted from the football team in October, if convicted of the many crimes of which he is accused, it is possible that he will face significant jail time.

Controversial political consultant Sam Riddle faces a trial May 3rd over Michigan assault charges, as he is accused of pointing a shotgun at his former lover, ex-state Representative Mary Waters. After a shooting at an Augusta gas station turned deadly, law enforcement officials have arrested Taequean Morange, 20, on Michigan murder charges. However, his long criminal history, as well as testimony from the boy’s father suggest that he struggles with mental health issues that likely played a large role in this case.
